Meet Ashley! A true TN native, Ashley is from right here in Mount Juliet! Ashley graduated from The Mind Body Institute, and has been serving others through massage for over 7 years. She is trained in many modalities including cupping, deep tissue work, as well as the ancient energy healing practice of Reiki. Some of her favorite services are hot stone massage, and helping her guests through medical massage work. When she’s not working with guests; guiding them on their wellness journey, she loves spending time with family, going to haunted houses, tattoos, and needle crafting!
